I have been constantly receiving sms from Tata Docomo to recharge online.I went to there website and found a scheme for my no.The scheme was that by recharging for Rs.61/- I will get 1.2p/2sec for two months on my no.for all local and std calls.
Also they are giving 3660 sec for local and std calling.I recharged online but didn’t get any confirmation by sms. Then I contacted their customer care who has no idea about my recharge.Then I wrote an email to listen@tatadocomo.com. They replied by saying that the offer was only for new customers but they have reduced my charges for two months but didn’t credit the 3660 sec of talk time without which it was a worthless offer.
I double checked their website but nowhere its mentioned that the scheme is for new customers. This is a serious fraud from Tata Docomo so please guys, beware of this cheating company!
