This product is the most useless product I ever bought.the customer care helpline Is the worst people to talk to. I bought my tata proton on 5 Sept till now(6 October) it has not been started. Whenever I talk to customer care. all they say is your engineer will visit u today. this has been going on since last 2 week. if u want to buy this product do at your own risk.
I regret buying tata docomo services. Vodafone is much better. and also. I got an unbilled amount of 84 rs. without using. Even the people at service centre are very rude to talk to. I went to marine lines service centre.
