I had taken a tata docomo connection in march/apr 2013 with account number 918122872. I paid deposit of 2000 INR as requested by the center in Madhapur. He said that this deposit will be refunded whenever I request for termination of service.
Last year in 2014 I got my number ported to airtel as docomo was giving me trouble with connection. I paid off all their dues, but they denied that I have any deposit with them and asked me to produce proof. I showed them their bill which at least mentioned 1000 INR deposit clearly. They agreed that I should get refund, but they say we will confirm and get back to me in next 15 days.
Since, past 3 months, I am getting calls in every 15 days and same story repeats they ask me to produce proof, promises, etc. I am not yet given back my refund. I am not sure, where should I take this matter to.
