I’ve been using Tata Docomo postpaid services from the past 4 months. Actually I was using Airtel postpaid services for a year but I was not happy with their pack features where I always over used and my bill used to exceed, but then I got a call from Tata Docomo with an amazing postpaid offer where I had 1GB 3G internet data and after the use of 1GB data I have unlimited 2G data, which was most required by me and plus I had a lot of talk time where I could talk for hours without any tension. Wherever anyone wants to buy a Tata Docomo they should buy a 3G sum where the sim is really good.
The services are really good and the call centre help is also very good I am impressed with it.
To pay bills we can pay it online, pay it their store and also they have a new feature where we can pay it from their Tata Docomo app!
I don’t know why people say that Tata Docomo mobile service is bad, but frankly telling I really like it. I have never faced any problem except for network reception problem in some villages which are very few, but the service are really good. The Internet services are really good the 3G speed is amazing!
I would recommend people to take Tata Docomo services, but if you are taking please take postpaid service where they have amazing plans!
