I used 3 years VOdafone and moved to DOCOMO due to some billing issues. I thought it is good company based on attactive plans sellected as a INDIAN company.
After I joined this club I got know it is NO 1 worst company in all aspects.
1> In Bangalore city itself it doesn’t have proper network coverage.
2> even having full signals suddenly voice will get reduce and call will disconnect.
3> in hour more than 20 times will loose network and will reconnect.
4> I use to work in Manyatha tech park. In my office site at 5th floor there is no signal at all.
5> I use Apple 4 and with 3 G plan, it never connect to server to browse data.
6> I opened many complaints but still issue is there../
7> when ever you call regarding any issue customer care people use to say server down or application down. (from last three days I am trying to log a complaint.
8> I tried to chat with customer care from their site....
{Surya}Here I have checked as you have already made the complaint on 31-AUG-2013 11:26:13 and as per the complaint technical team made a call back to you to get the issue
{Surya}But every time it was no response that what they updated the record and closed it with out resolving it.
i can say it is the worst service provider.....
