I made a recharge through tatadocomo.com on 22 November of Rs 59. The amount got debited from my account but did not get balance credited. Again I repeated a recharge of rupees 12, but same thing happened.
In total 59+12= 71 rupees got deducted on 22 nov and I still haven’t got neither the balance nor the amount back.I got an assurance sms that within 5 working days I will get my amount back.but all bullsh*t.
Its been 8 days now.
