Hey guys am shivani and today am going to share my experience with Tata Docomo operator.
Tata Docomo is the first mobile operator service which I used when I get my first phone in my hand and the reason behind choosing tata docomo is that its charging and billing is very nice as compare to other they always give a better plan in low price but when am using it I always have one problem i.e "Network Problem" most of the time is see a low network connection in my phone even when am in the main city and that’s lead a big problem for me am not able to use my services like internet and sms .
Customer care is good like everyone has they are so polite but they are not able to solve my network issue so at the end I change my sim
