I had taken a prepaid sim for my mother when docomo was newly launched since their 1p billing scheme looked very attractive.
While there is nothing new that every other operator in the market has come down to 1p billing what is pathetic is the customer service that TATA provides. In basic literal terms "TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS BIG TIME!!!"
If all docomo service executives just have to speak in Hindi why the hell is there an option for English in the IVR menu before some dumbass picks up the phone?? Besides, I am glad to know some model from India became Miss World/Universe/Whatever...I am not interested in listening to her cheesy voice when I call up with a problem. Get me a solution boss!!
I am absolutely not interested in stupid good morning / good evening messages and god knows how I ever accidently subscribed to a monthly plan for such messages worth 30 Rs. I called up the customer care to get it de-activated and they simply couldnt do that and requested me to "accommodate" this plan for a month after which it would automatically de-activate. This never happened. In spite of repeated calling to customer care and they giving me some damn code to SMS for de-activation I am constantly being charged for this scheme since the last 4 months!!! While an amount of 30 Rs. is not something that is a concern, the concern is that those 30 Rs are being wasted on something I dont want!!
To whosoever from Tata reading this: Stop Fing with you subscribers. There are plenty of operators in the market to choose from. And once the number portability option gets active in Mumbai you will loose almost all customers who must have already got bloody pissed of your dumb-headed "customer service". For a change govt services are definitely better than yours. Take this as an extremely shameful comment.
