Cheated for recharge amount

I started using docomo 2 days back with old sim of my father. There was validity till 2017 so I recharged 3G usage of 150 MB to try out nothing worked. No way to call call center as it said no balance!! even after the recharge for data.


Then I recharged to call customtakeouter care and then my net started! next day again zero balance for some reason.. then I recharged for talktime after seeing their site(not good) , I got the sms but no balance so some wrong info on net.


Then I recharged Rs 90 it failed with error, so I recharged again with 90 thinking I will get earlier amount either in back account or in my balance. Second recharge succeeded and I also got to know the first one was also succeeded after some followups. Now I whoudl get the benefit of 180 Rs, I paid but below is what they say again and again like a cassette!!


How could they just cheat like this??? This is incorrect policy, if someone recharges twice there should be provision to make sure the Money customtakeouter has paid to service provider does not go into their pocket and customtakeouter just looses it!! this is pathetic service and absolute cheating!!


Where can I raise this or escalate it. I am not bothered about my 90Rs but I can not stand this cheating!

Why do you take that money?


Let say if I recharge for Rs. 10 and now I have a balance of Rs. 10 then to be safe I recharge 10 more.. what you are saying is earlier 10 will and still my balance will be 10?? Ridiculous!!!!! Who has given you the right to eat customtakeouters money by fooling them??? I want that money or equivalent data i.e. 300 earlier + 300 for next recharge= 600MB.
