This is to inform you that I have been a premium customer for Tata Docomo since 2-3 years, still theres no respect for me as a customer. It is really disappointing experiencing such a bad & ruthless behavior. Im an employee of Gati Ltd.
Working as an ECC(Ecom Client Coordinator), Designated as Sr. Associate. Last year in the month of Oct15 I was transferred from Nagpur to Delhi. I was using services of Tata Docomo, my post paid no. was 8983497406 which has been ported to Idea prepaid now. Before leaving Nagpur on 10th Oct15 I activated Roaming pack worth Rs.225 /- on my number. Along with Rs.299/- rental in which I got 1200 local/national mins & it was a 1 GB 3G unlimited plan. After reaching Delhi on 12th Oct15, I got to know that theres no service of Tata Docomo in Delhi. Hence, I Decided to Port to Idea.
I got a call from Tata Docomo saying that your last month bill is Pending that was Rs. 475/-. Without any objection I paid the amount & my request for port got accepted & was ported successfully. After that I got a call that my outstanding of Rs.2103/- is pending. I was shocked like Rs.500/- or Rs.600/- its ok but about Rs.2k/-.How? I asked for details, so they said that charges for using data in roaming network even after roaming pack was activated. Moreover they said that the roaming pack was only for incoming & outgoing. What the hell is this.? Do you think Im a fool or something.
I straight away denied to pay that amount. But they continously kept on calling me trying to convince me. And now after 8 months they have issued a court notice against me putting case for Pre-litigation in Nagpur. This is really intolerable & If I will go to Nagpur I will file case against tata docomo for Fraud & Mental harassment & will screw them like anything. It will be better if they take back their notice & do not disturb me in future.
