Guys, hi, if any of my fruend who is using tata docomo as their telecom operator, I request them kindly go for mobile portability and choose a better one. I personally used docomo for an year of time. Now I ported the same nymber to other operator as docomo is the worst operator I ever used. If we use it in metro cities, it is bit ok. Byt if we go on to urbam areas, its coverage is pathetic. No coverage atall. And the voice we get from other side is always interepted. I was actually fedup with the kind of service they are providing and just changed my operator. It has many products in prepaid and as well as postpaid. Unfortunately they always hire D grade employees for custimer support. They have no.idea.in their products, very bad with communication. Very ugly presentation. I have visited docomo stpres in many places across my state andhra pradesh. 90% of the outlets have wprst employees. And I cant tell u about franchises. They are much worst than fish market. Plz change the operator if u r using docomo
