Hi guys! Iam going to say about one of the mobile networks tata docomo.
All they do is fraud things in some cases the sim doesnt get racharged its not our fault they are fooling around us, they say that we are transferring our calls to senior authorities and disconnect our calls this is so uneven way to act, all they do is they say us to call to 121 toll free number and register our complaint and they keep on saying that your bill is pending and verification is pending whereas it was done even before the sim got activated, in some cases it also present the wrong bill of high price after the argument the complainy will be forwarded to higher authorities for verification and after 2-3 weeks they say that the bill as per usage, and there are very bad and busy network issues even bad service, customer care executive promise you that they resolve the problem by the permitted date and they wont do it till the actions are taken
Their network coverage is very low and they got bad service they dont bother about the technical issue of the people, tata docomo has grown up to become one of the top cellular service providers but they certainly gave up to much to reach this huge customer base it connect fine but wont transmits the data and the network is not good too, hope you all get it.
