Docomo provides so many options to attract customers.
Their network is pathetic.
And when you want to leave, then want 7 days for deacivating your connection. And they say its their process which I can’t understand why.
And for that 7 days also you are expected to pay the rent and other charges.
And even for small changes in your connection they expect customers to come to their outlet center which will very far most of the times. Guys don’t expect all docomo centers where u get new connection is their outlet center. Most of them are not.
