Why lauch a faulty product

This ones deserves the worst customer service ever. My sim hasnt been activated since last 16 days ( 48 hrs hahaha) inspite of filling and re -filling forms from the tata hub( in their presence).


After many to-fros to the hub I was finally given a verdict this morning stating that I was underagae to be assigned a sim ( 31 yrs ) .I have given up all hopes to get it working and will be shifting to a better service.


I sincercely advice my fellow being to refrain from even trying out this service no matter how lucrative per second sound economically.
