I got the prepaid tata docomo card from our local retailer shop. For no reason, they blocked the card for outgoing after one month of purchase. When I asked for the reason, they told me that address proof is not valid one and asked me to submit another. Even two weeks after submitting the document, still my card is blocked.
If we talk with customer care, they will put the blame on retailer, if talk to them, they will blame distributor. Overall the service is not good. They dont do proper verification, but later they will do all nonsense.
