My mobile number is 8089350085. On 12th February 2013 I had done Rs 18 special recharge for 150 mb 3g data for 3 days. After I had done the recharge I had a main balance of Rs 166. Today when I had checked my main account balance is around Rs 10 only. I had given complain to customer and they replied me that the balance was reduced for opening 2 webpages at a time. and main account cash is taken.
Kindly note that now I have a 3G data balance of 30 MB which will expire today mid night only..And I didnt understand what to do with opening multiple pages do? This is a fraud done by Tata docomo. Kindly investigate it and return my cash asap.
My more than rs 150 is stolen by Tata docomo.
