It is disgusting to know that the TATAs have stooped so low as to pinch money from your prepaid balance. In violation of the TRAI guidelines they activate services without your consent. Their customer service is the worst. You cannot get through to anyone. No body bothers.
The Customer care executives are indifferent and care a damn. The world knows about the fraud of Radia. It is a shame. My sincere advise keep away from any TATA product or service. These are wolves in sheep’s clothing.
