I’ve used it over a period long enough & places ranging enough that I can comment on it’s service.
Data Docomo used to offer enough service to lure young customer like me to choose the brand. Customer support was great & the response of online chat customer executives has commendable, something new a far better than the rest. But over the period its highlighting feature(customer support) has depreciated .Depreciated enough for me to cement my decision to move out from the brand. Not to mention the horrible network these guys have Go to the ground floor of the building network strength becomes 0. Move inside of my house, forget about 3G. If that’s not enough they will deduct balance without telling you.
overall:Not worth the pain
