I want to start my review saying that I have been using Tata Docomo since I had a mobile for about 8 years now but I dont really recommend this network and not at all. First of all, the connection is not really good maybe average and for data which is really the talking point of every network provider to attract customers well, there is nothing to talk about as it doesn’t provide more than 2g connection here in the state of west bengal which is quite a shock as it probably gets to point is that its really insane if you’re choosing this network then the others are provide everything for literaly FREE. The customer service is really crap as probably as getting to wait for about 10mins you get to talk with about your problems and bychance there’s a hung up you won’t be able to call them. And as it is the call to the customer service isn’t even free as it is rechargeble as 0.5/3min.
Really dissapointed with the network as I have stuck with it for few years now still looking for improvement as its become just a identity number for me as the network provider is poinless for me.
