TATA DOCOMO comes up with low rates both in data and call as compared to other mobile operators.I was using vodafone postpaid and my monthy bill was around rs 1000 but TATA DOCOMO was giving same plan at rs 499 so I migrated to it.Since, then I am constantly getting network issue.Half the time net is not working and there is no signal if you go towards rural area or outskirts of city.My work is field based so I have to go places and I am really frustrated by the continuous network problem.Vodafone is much much better than this and I rarely faced network problem.So, I am getting back to Vodafone.
DOCOMO lures you with low plan but dont go for it as you will be facing no network problem.Customer service is very poor and they will mostly tell you to search network manually and use 2g as preferred network, Man, this time 2G when all are using 4G is just ridiculous.Even, when there is network showing in our phone, you will not get any call and after 5 min you will get a message about the miss call of the person that was trying calling you.
