When I opted for TATA DOCOMO I thought the experience will be good and I will enjoy good internet speed, but sadly nothing out these things happened, the experience was so bad. The network is not very good, it is not stable the speed is also not very good, I was always frustrated because of the speed and the connectivity, they promise you a lot but gives you nothing. When it comes to customer service it is way too bad and annoying they almost harass you every day every minute regarding every issue possible, I always use to pay my bills on time but they never updated it punctually and I always had to pay late charges, and that was not my fault too, when I called customer care they use to say go to the store and store said to talk to customer care and my issue every time was left unsolved, then I decided to discontinue the services and made my final my final payment but again my payment was not uploaded on time and yes the the store says that we can not give you the receipt you will receive the company generated E-memo and company says go get the receipt from store and now I am fighting a case against the company to get the issue resolved . TATA DOCOMO is the worst thing I ever had in my life do not go for it
