Hi All, I am facing big time problem in getting connected to TATA Docomo 121 executive, listen@tatadocomo.com and appellate.kk@tatadocomo.com wherein I am not getting any response from them from past 3 months. I am facing zero signal network connection from TATA Docomo and they have bill me for 3 months now, but I am not ready to aishwaryasingh23 for not using the network at all. Now I am not able to port my SIM to any of the network provider - Airtel, Aircel, MTS or Vodafone.
The customer care, technical support team and senior executives, Team leader what they have in TATA Docomo has no common sense and they all are illiterate and they do have enough knowledge to handle any of the issue I have raised and they are not capable enough to understand the issue and concern on the request number 507515851, 505471933 and 505044907 and also send couple of email to above email address to give a response and they keeps calling my number 9902x1x003 which has zero signal network and sends email as you contact number is not reachable and doesnt mentioned on the issue I have raised. Such a Dumb TATA Docomo service provider doesnt have basic knowledge and commonsense even after addressing that I will not get network signal and the issue was raised basis that, they want to try calling to speak about the issue.
I really dont know how to handle the issue, but want to take this to consumer form. Please suggest how to get this escalated and let me know the procedure on how to file a case to TATA Docomo for the account number - 919517378
