I have a tata docomo prepaid sim from last many years, I feels that the network is good and almost all time the network is available but the customer service is so bad.
If you have any problem then the customer service is given to you so late .
This network provider doesn’t have 4G network this is the biggest problem and the 3G plans are also very bad and the roaming charges are also applicable.
Their are more rates of every service as compare to other network providers.
Negative Points Are:- 1. No 4G network 2. Worst Plans 3. Bad Customer Service 4. Worst Charges and Billing
