Account Balance reduces automatically - Docomo

Please don’t go for DoCoMo Really pathetic customtakeouter service from Tata DoCoMo. Follows what happened to me.


I am using DoCoMo for the past 4 years. I have purchased an android phone this year (2012) and activated internet. One fine day I noticed that Rs.2/- is getting deducted from my account on daily basis. I have contacted customtakeouter care (121) and reported the issue.


The answer I got is since I am using internet, there are some chargeable sites which will take amount from my account!!! I asked to deactivate the Value Added Service and the CSE (customtakeouter Support Executive) replied that the VAS (Night Masti Pack) has been deactivated and wont be charged again. I got the deducted amount refunded back as well. But, the same thing continued. All day I have to call the customtakeouter care report the issue. The CSA kept on saying the same story. Then I wrote to listen@tatadocomo.com. Refund to account is happening. But still everyday I am loosing money.


Now, I have lost almost 100 plus rupees got some refund as well. But They are not deactivating the service… They are saying that I am accessing the site again and again and that’s why its happening.


So I disabled internet in my phone to check this. Still that continued!!! I went to the nearby Dive in store to report this issue. As soon as they came to know that I went to report an issue, they didn’t even mind me. I waited there for 30 minutes. One person came and asked me to give a call to customtakeouter support!!! I was really pissed off. But I explained him everything. He gave me a form and asked me to fill in the customtakeouter request form. I did that. He checked and said that money is going to some third party vendor named “Planet 41”. He said he will take care of that. I took his number and went home. This morning I tried calling that number to report that issue prevails. That land line number is switched off !!!


I am wondering weather a network operator is allowed to pass money from a customtakeouter’s account to a third party??? That too without confirming with customtakeouter!!!


I would bared with all these… At least they could have stopped the service for me.
