Tata Docomo has let me down and how. Too bad for a 17 yr old collegian with hand-to-mouth pocket money.
First, a camper, and all my fellow campers have coverage( Vodafone, Airtel, Idea etc) at the most remote campsites. And Im jumping about cliffs holding my hand up in the airhoping that Tata Docomo gets some range, at least. Leave alone camping, even at home, I struggle to talk on the phone without breaking of sound. Network coverage, poor.
Second, the message pack(though just ONE, when all others have thousands of messaging schemes) is pretty decent and economical, but then something Has to go wrong, na? I send my usual texts to people. I dont get a delivery report at all, and the receiver gets the text innumerable times! And then after some time, I start getting charged for the extra texts! I check the TOTAL no. of sent texts. Its not one above 70. The Customer Care says they havent charged. But my balance is down by 8 bucks. Wrong charging.
Third, and the worst. By some misfortune(modern day reference: hacking), the Games Subscription gets activated on my account. I call the Customer Care and they cant help out as to how this service can be de-activated. Each Day, about Rs.6 to 9 get deducted. Each day I call up the Customer Care. Nobody can solve the problem. I ask for a refund, they promise me one, I get a notification that an amount of Rs. X has been credited to your account. I check my balance amount. Its still the same. So: no executive is able to solve the problem, they keep on deducting the money, and moreover they send me false notifications? Still, I religiously call up the Customer Care every day(and I repeat the whole story to each, hoping there’ll be atleast one angel in Mr. Ratan Tata’s camp) but listen to the taughtkshama chahte hain sir cliché). After about one month of deductions and everyday calling, some less retarded agent gives me a balance refund of Rs. 30, and by then about Rs.150 have already been deducted! I really can’t afford this.
Can anyone from Docomo help me?
