Speed and reliability
Compared to other network the speed of this network is very low and it still uses 3g Band instead of upgrading it to 4 g. This speeds r very low and you can’t expect even voice clarity all over India
Cost of plans
The plans are costly when compared to other networks they do not provide long term plans for best price.
Customer service
The customer service of Tata Docomo is very worst you won’t even get a call back when you apply for it. The customer executive stick to their first language instead of English and hang up the call when asked for change in language
VOLTE
All the other operators started offering the volte services to improve the voice communication but the Tata Docomo shows no sign for it.I would not recommend this network to anybody as this network is not developing itself and plans the expensive
