I like141# service of Tata Docomo most. I use daily/weekly pack from141# and activate the services like all sms@1p, all onnet call 1p/6s for 1 week just at Rs. 10.
Mobile internet speed of Tata Docomo is moderate but not worst. But the worst part about docomo is that it is best at rural areas. if you go in a deep urban area there you will not get network to communicate. This is the only reason why docomo does not have so many users. After all it is the best sim card for lovers when both have docomo.
