I used to have a postpaid sim, I used for more than 3years, I wanted to convert it into prepaid sim, I went them and requested for MNP, they told me the details and everything how to convert, atlast my sim was not in prepaid or in postpaid, I went them for 2months daily, there was no proper response, after 3 months they simply said.
