I had taken a new docomo connection due to good plans but day by day its being my headache
Once I had done recharge of 94 for changing the call rates but its been 4 days call charges are not applicable though I got the message of recharge successful
Later I did top up trough internet but what I got after paying 50 Rs is a transaction ID no via mssg & when I complain about this to CSE he says "Mere system me aapka rechrge ka koi detail nai hai ye transaction ID ka main kya karoo" not what will you say to such Idiotic customer service
IF TATA DOCOMO HAS ANY DEPARTMENT FOR QOS(QUALITY OF SERVICE) AND THEY READ THIS PLEASE DO CALL ME ON UNDERSIGNED NO I HAVE MANY MORE TO SHARE ABOUT MY WORST EXPERIENCE ABOUT TATADOCOMO AND WORST SERVICES YOU ARE GIVING
