I was a postpaid customer of Tata Docomo. When my call charge crossed including monthly commitment 500 Rs. to 650 they disconnected my services. I called their customer care. they said my credit limit is 300 Rs. only. So I have to pay the bill then they will resume my services. This was too funny my plan was 500 minimum and my credit limit is 300 only..
Once I paid money they didnt activate my services for next 5 day. I called their customer care again and again but nothing helped I even mailed them but no response. F... such company.. Their Customer Care is taking Call from Home .. and funny part is that they wont have any system to lodge your complain... when you select english in language they will talk with you in Hindi or Marathi.. So it is sincere Advice keep away your self from TATA DOCOMO... This is the first Bad move by TATA Group. I have disconnected my postpaid connection after getting tired from calling them..
