I, along with my friend, took 5 connections as the dealer from docomo approached us at our office and offered exciting benefits.I got the first shock when my incoming and out going was barred.The reason cited was -Documents not received.But we furnished all the relevant details on the very first day.
It took 5 days to get my mobile active.Then immediately after 4 days one of my two connections was once again barred from incoming and outgoing.Reason cited --address verification was negative.This is a cruel joke because the other connection was very much active.Because the thirdparty bugger didnt visit my house and gave false feedback they stalled my incoming and outgoing calls.
This was activated again only after 5 days.I shouted , pleaded and what not at Customer Care but they are thick skinned people and did what they wanted to do.Mean while my friend went on a project to Gujarat and his address verification too turned negative and all of his three connections were cancelled. Now I enquired with the customer care whether my CUG will be active.
The executive took the confirmation from his superior and advised me to go to the head office and submit a request asking for CUG.He assured me that I will be given CUG to my two connections.Based on this I went to the head office and explained all these things and requested for CUG.They simply said it was not possible and , of course, they will look into the matter with concern and come back to me within 48 hours.This happened almost one week back and I did not have the privilege to listen to them.This is the way Docomo staff responds to the grievances of their customers and I doubt whether they have any coordination at all.They are simply bringing down the value of Tata.Added to this the network is very poor.Therefore I advice all the Hyderabadi’s to think twice before they go for Docomo.
