I had a post paid connection, which I cancelled in jan 11 thru their customer service. The bills kept coming for services not availed of. I kept calling the customer services and was informed that the connection was deactivated. I was also told that the bills can be ignored as the connection was confirmed to be deactivated as of Jan 11. I tried reaching the nodal officer and the appelate personnel but was unsuccessful and in the meantime, the bills kept accumulating with interest charges etc.
Such is the attitude of Tata Docomo - stupid customer service and inconsiderate staff. I would implore that nobody touches them with a barge pole.
I would never recommend this stupid service provider to anyone - that idiot Ranbir is the one who will be made to look silly!
