My Tata Docomo number which was in personal use by me was arbitrarily disconnected by Tata Docomo giving the reason, "UNREGISTERED TELEMARKETING NUMBER."
The Tata Docomo store refused to give it in writing and refused to give any call records to support their claim. This is highly arbitrary. Disappointing customer service.
I was just supposed to accept their reason for permanent disconnection!
They did not offer any solution to my problem neither did they give any number where I could lodge a complaint. They just asked me to forego that number as it was TRAI which had done it, but arent they bound to help me convince the authorities that this is a mistake? What about customer problem resolution? Or is it only on paper?
DO NOT EVER BUY TATA DOCOMO.
