I am using 2 Docomo GSM sims. I thought to change one into Postpaid, I called to MNP service person, he came & taken Profes and p.p, He said it’l activate with in 3 days.but its its not activated.After 3 I called to that person & asked him, he said wait some more time, I called again after 3 days, he said it is in process.
After 1 week he called me & said ur RID is rejected so send this msg "POST TO PRE 90909" to 121, like this, then u’l get RID no & send me. After that process, he said again its take 3 days to activate. On Saturday ni8 my old sim network is rejected.then inserted new sim I got signal, but saying "your out going and incoming stopped temporarily" I called to him, his no z switched off, next day morning called same again, then called to cc he said your no is not in prepaid please call to post pay.
Then I called to post pay "1800xxxxxxx" he is also said ur no is not in prepay call to postpay & said again 1800xxxxx no, I said I m talking to this no, y u saying again call to 1800xx. He said no you called to prepay. He is not listening me & he is not saying any other words. Then I asked what I do now, he said "ur wish what you thik to do, " I was shocked & said thanks to call TATA DOCOMO.
