After facing a bad & dishonest experience from a lot of telecom companies, I bought a Tata Docomo sim card as a second number, thanks to the advertising and my trust in the house of TATA.
My internet on the connection was slow, so I requested to activate 3G services, which were promptly done by your customtakeouter care.
After activating the3G I can not connect to any website. Surprisingly, I am being charged for everyattempt to connect to the internet, but never getting connected.
I called your helpline(121+ 9) to complain. The gentleman put my call on hold saying that he will check it and then disconnected me. I have tried calling your helpline at least 10 times after that, but every time I get the messageall our executives are busy, please write to listen@tatadocomo.com.
You would have electronic records for all these activities, so please check.
Im used to being fleeced by telecom operators in India, but did not expect this from a TATA company.
Hope you can do something about it.
