Worst service one could get. The worst signal, worst customer care service. None of the customer care agents can speak properly. They are least bothered about their customers concerns.
Complaints # 393603419 took ages to get generated and after a long struggle and disconnects in the signal and no service messages. Still the same.
Complaint # 396723795 for internet service - had to speak to many agents and floor supervisors. To get it generated - had to compromise on service which I should get and took the plan which later by some agents and supervisors says it is not applicable and some says it applicable - still no service agents with fake names - they put on hold - no one can answer properly - they mute them self and dont respond for a long even when you are calling them for a long time on the line.
They are rude to you. They say, "Its your problem" - when I asked the agent to speak up a bit louder as I couldnt hear him ." Some of the agents dont let you speak - they put you on hold without concern or they wont wait to see if you are ok being on hold. They connect the call to one of their colleagues and say they are supervisors. One of the agent says manager will only be available in day time and says call back in a day to speak to manager or dont call.

Below numbers will guide you to the normal customer care who have no rights to make any changes to corporate plans. Their up front says visit the office or send a mail - its all sick in ads in television, internet and other media - that they say call us we will help you
IT is sick that TATA has network in all corners of the nation.
I dare you try speak to some while traveling with in the city like Bangalore it will get disconnected several times. No voice. Like idiots you have to find signal - even if you get signal it wont get connected to the number you are calling.
Waste of TIME and MONEY.

False info provided and they simply try to dodge things around when you call them. When you go to office they ask to call toll free #s. When you call toll free #s you go through a HELL to get to the right person, even then no result .
