I am Divyesh Kumar, writing my worst experience with Docomo services in Chennai.
6 months back, I came here and bought a SIM card of DoCoMo and submitted my document to the retailer and got a receipt too. After 15 days, my service was barred without any alert. I went to the retailer and complained against the same. After one day, it started working for 3-4 days. Then I recharged for Rs. 150, But, the next day they again barred my services without telling any reason and my money got blocked. After that. I bought one more sim but now I came to know that it is registered there with someone elses name where I have submitted my documents. Finally, I bought a fresh 3rd sim of docomo from poorvika but now, when I recharged for Rs 33 for call cutter, my call rates are same and not changed as the tariff was promised, and no body in customer care is listening about it.
So my suggestion for you people is that, beware of Docomo bad services and buy any other sim instead.
