How docomo is earning moneY? (day stealers)

My name is Narendra. I had recharged 39 rupees 3G pack. I saw net balance, had a balance of 50 MB on Sunday 9th march 2014.


I started browsing. I may have used 30 MB. I logged out. I was surprised to see my balance was deducted by 128 rupees. I called care asked about it, executive told that I had used chargeable site and made confused me. I cross checked my balance I still had a balance of 12 mb left. I was sure that I had not used chargeable site.


I called care and again and asked about balance deduction. I had asked him to lodge a complain he accepted to take complain. I spent a day I did get my acknowledgement of the complain. The next day when I asked about that, I came to know that he had not taken my complain.


When I asked again same reason was quoted and I asked her to tell which were the site I had browsed and they were chargeable she told me that I don’t have updates of the site. This was another trick to make me FOOL. I did not agree my call was transferred to high end where I had talked to Vignesh (executive).


This executive told me that even though you have balance of internet and you have not used chargeable site, you will be charged. Its strange but true.


He told this happens because if you are using opera mini and your application like Gmail may be updating for that we cannot monitor the data usage but we will charge to customer


I need to know how does it happen?


I am an engineer by profession, “Even then I am made fool.“ This game is being played by Docomo care to earn wrong money.


To conclude “Even though you have internet balance you may be charged heavily even though you have not used chargeable sites.“


This problem is not there WITH Airtel or Vodafone but I have not used BSNL.
