Am using tata docomo seens 5 yrs. Very disapointing no changes in there service am using prepaid docomo number. Now all providers are providing 4G and still docomo is stuck on 2G. And the 2g network is too much slow that some time I feel its not a single G also and the customer representative is also not helpful to resolve the issue. Most of the time network sticks also disappeir and its really hactic to search the network manually. Very soon am going to port my no. As this sim is my secondary option and tata docomo plzz change Your service quality so that your customer won’t go to other network provider change your service and quality.
