I was a user of tata docomo. I had used it almost for 6 months . It is cheap but not good . As its network coverage in rural areas is almost nill.
It’s internet service is also not good . Data packs are cheap but not good at all. It’s internet is slow enough to irritate anyone.
If someone is net user and he is thinking of to use tata docomo then I would never recommend him to use it. For the cities its networking coverage is fine but for remote areas its very poor. Not only poor un rural areas its service is horible .
And if one call the custmer care for any complain, they hear it properly abd they say that it will b solved very soon. But it is never solved.!
U would never recommend for docomo service to anyone.!
