Hello guys once again, I am here for my experince about Tata Docomo sevice in Bathinda( Punjab)
First of all this company give me great services for my internet. Here is its strong point and weak point of company in punjab.
STRONG POINTS
1 : - 3G Services of tata docomo is very good, and speed is also very fast upto 700to 800kbps in my micromax unite2 Handset. And coverage area in my city is also good.
2: - Call rate is 90paise /min which is high but here is a trick work for me . I just sent sms PORT to the company and they call back and reduce my call rate 90 paise to 30 Paise, hehe
3: - They never deduct my balance wrongly and One or two time they cut my balance and I call them they give back my balance, Great : )
4: - Internet pack is very costly but compare to Airtel pack is less costly bcz tata docomo give tough competition to airtel in 3G speed but now Airtel has 4G, oh god why?
WEAK POINTS
1 Tata docomo yet not launched 4G, even Idea and Relince now launch 4G
2: - Castomer care is not hi-teck Sometime I call castomer care about net problem they dont even understand my problem there mostly comman Ans is wait wait and wait, like Tareek pe tareek,
3: - Coverage area in my city is good but not in all Punjab we go to other city and network lost, offfff
4: - And main problem its sms and net pack is not vaild in Amritsar and ludhiana, I realy dont understand why? And are they mad not in Amritsar realy! Bcz Amritsar is best city in punjab.
