I am not able to find any Tata docomo center near my location and on small shops they have made Aadhaar linking as business and they are asking up to 50 rs to link Aadhaar number.
It should be responsibility of Tata to make it linked but their customer care itself is saying to pay this amount to local shops(Not authorized tata dealers).
It seems they have no customer value and they are allowing outsiders also to take benifit of their customers.
Even though it is bad service we aere using Docomo because it was cheaper but now I will port my number to other service provider.
Except docomo, all other companies have their centers(atleast facility to Link aadhaar free of cost). Apart from PORT, I dont see any option.
