Never buy tata docomo

Never buy tata docomo.

Reasons:

1) Third class service. The customer care reps don’t know anything and can’t solve any genuine problem

2) You can be assured that U will be charged with unnecessary packs and offers. personally I have been charged More than Rs 250 for these things in just 3 months!. As soon as my balance goes above Rs 15, I am crucified.

3) Customer care representatives laugh at u if u say u are charged with unwanted offers, nodal officers, appalette officers don’t receive ur calls(in fact they disconnect ur calls instead of receiving).

4)Call charges costlier than other operators if u make a call of duration more than 5 minutes(if u actually calculate deeply, for a call lasting even 55 sec in docomo u pay 55p while in others u pay 50p).

5) Cross talking. I can hear my own voice as an echo which as loud as the other person’s voice.

6) Though the rates(net both 3 g and 2 g) are cheaper and internet faster U will have to bear the unnecessary charges which will compensate for it. In fact it is extremely irritating as all of a sudden u are charged 100 rs and u have a balance of rs 100.10, making u unable to call even if u really need to.

7) Poor network coverage as compared to airtel, vodafone, reliance, bsnl, idea. However slightly better than uninor. Even aircel is getting better than docomo nowadays.

8)Messages are not delivered in time. Even if one part of the message is delivered, the other part is delivered after a really long time. Yes, of course this doesn’t happen always but happens often(about 1 in 10 times). U will experience this if U are a heavy "messager"( smsing more than 20 msgs a day). If u think this is not a big problem, then u should understand that this may happen any time. So if u are in some situation where ur voice can’t be heard & u are forced to send a msg, and it doesn’t reach the other person, u will be in a mess. So u have to send a sms twice. But even then both sms may not reach in time.

9)  another thing about gprs is that it sometimes gets dead during night( it happens almost once for every 2 nights for me).

10) Vuclip.com is not accessible for free even if u have gprs pack. U are charged 10p/10kb.

Now if u are impressed by reviews of some people praising docomo then please read the following and check it for yourself how good docomo actually is:

1) Good for users speaking for a few seconds(i don’t know what one can speak in such a short time)

2) Cheapest internet charges if u are not a heavy user. However for internet in 2g for above 1Gb, even vodafone charge the same.

3) Free voicemail retrieval

4) Free missed call alerts( only useful if u switch off ur phone often or change ur sim cards at regular intervals)

5)The only thing commendable about docomo is free 500sms per day even if u don’t pay a buck for six months( after that u have to recharge with at least 100rs which is not bad)

Whatever I am stating is true. If u don’t believe me go  and buy a docomo sim card and experience the nightmare for urself and then write a reply/cpmment here!

Again, I opine if u want free sms etc, then buy a docomo sim as a secondary sim, and don’t let its balance cross Rs10. Whenever u want a gprs pack recharge for the exact amount and immediately activate the pack or else u will be charged for unnecessary services. Also do so only if u don’t use internet at late night. In simple words I can say is that buy docomo only if u are a heavy "messager" and keep it as ur secondary sim only.
