Since last 6 years I am using Tata Docomo services My number series start from is: 9036183301(about 7years old), because of they’r good plan and also 3G monthly plan. I used rs.899 unlimited call plan around 2.5years, because at that time DOCOMO was the best customer unlimited plan.
Also DOCOMO used to give very good 3G plan and monthly minutes free once we top up for rs.100/200.
But since 2years DOCOMO service become very worst, there is no such offers and also they did not launch 4G services.
still I keep my DOCOMO number for an hope if there is any good plan I will continue using.
Recently my DOCOMO service suddenly stooped, without any communication. I went 2 times to DOCOMO care which is New Thippasandra to link my Aadhar number, first time they said server down come tomorrow. Again second time they said submit my Aadhar card with mentioned my mobile number. I did and come back because it was huge croude. But on 2nd Jan I can see there is no network on my number. So it mean discontinued by them.
But as per govt. rules date has extended till 6th of Fab 2018.
It has become pathetic service, no such offer and no proper network.
I will not re-command any one for DOCOMO any more.
