I write to request for a full refund of the followings which was bought from your Tata Docomo store in Jayanagar 9th Block.

Tata Docomo connection: Post paid connection for number 7204782271 on a 5GB unlimited plan, amounting to approximately Rs. 850.00 per month
I had taken a new connection from your Tata Docomo store at COSO Jayanagar 9th Block, POS Type: Store POS Code: 118204006, (#59/1, Southend Main Road, Jayanagar 9th Block, Bangalore-560069, Tel: 080-64550024, TL Code: 3001, SA Code: 20062272, SA Demo No: 7795265536) on the 28/08/2014. It was activated the next day and I used it for only 400MB data. Further, the device then stopped connecting to the network and I took it to your store manager.
At the store in Jayanagar, I was given a rude shock and was just saved form being thrashed by the manager for bringing this issue to him. However, I managed to take it in writing from him that "He is not replacing the device"(reasons that he knows why).
Post that I have had to call your helpline and also HUAWEI numbers across India to get in touch with the Huawei help desk and they advised me to go to an authorised service center " Ms Ensure Support Services India Limited"(also known as PRAMANIC Mobile Service Zone) at Jayanagar Banagalore. The service Invoice number is: IQE/HU/14/00318 dated 02/09/2014.
Further, I have called the service center numerous time(the line is so busy to start with), and they have told me to wait for approximately 10-12 days more.
I would therefore request you that I have had a NIGHTMARE becoming a customer with TATADOCOMO and due faulty devices sold at your center rendered to no service since 30/08/2014.
I am in agreement to deduction for the 400 MB data used by me and request the refund of the balance of amount that has been paid.
Further, as my official work is absolutely Internet based and due to non-service of Internet from TataDocomo, I have been rendered to losses amount to Rs.25, 000.00 since then and have had to spend my fuel, time and efforts in rendering the Internet services from your company to normal.
I write with REGRET AND WITH VERY DISSATISFIED experience from such a world renowned company.
