First they automatically increased my monthly plan from Rs. 600 per month to 1100 rs per month..then there were frequent cuts in connection...customer service response came in after several emails or rather hare mails full of abuses...then they automatically disconnected the service without even informing me...and now I am getting frequent threatening calls from their collection agents...and the best part they haven’t even sent me a bill...gosh ..such a sick company...
I will never look at docomo again...please don’t trust this company..
