Hi, in my life time I have had made worst mistakes, one of them is going for TATA docomo 3G Dongle connection (for which I am still paying) , When I purchased Tata docomo 3G dongle, Initially plan was good for me, even some of the locations I got good connection speed, even though I was not complaining, It started when I used to get calls (that too twice or thrice in a day) about bill payment reminder (let me tell you, even though TATA docomo people will not help customer with technical problems, but they are very much prompt when they have given a task of payment collection).
I always used to pay my bill online, one day I paid my bill through Internet banking, after that I started getting calls that my payment has not been done, (that time I decided to close the connection) I have provided all the necessary documents / screenshots / bank transaction ids. After so much e-mails / communication and even consumer court complain, tata docomo agreed about their fault, so I made quick payment of full n final settlement (sent payment screenshot to all the mail ids I have ever communicated with) but still I am getting calls from them saying that, my payment (full n final) has not been done.
