Docomo launched a new broadband connection, as a promotional offer they have said no installation charge and a free bag plus router will be provided with a new connection. As they promised they have given some router which is local not of good quality. And no sign of laptop bag till today (After 2 months of connection)
After from this, they will never take it as important to delivery a bill copy either soft-copy/ hard-copy to customer. On last day some one from finance department will make a call & ask to pay the bill and the same day only internet will be disconnected. How come docomo can expect customer to pay the bill not actually seeing bill by customer? When I aske d to send soft-copy it again to my personal mail id they said, they have sent it but till today I haven’t got it.
Also if your internet connection breakdown because of any problem from them, then also you have to follow with there customer service and request them to please correct my connection. Customer representatives are too careless and will give unrelated answers to our quires. Even after escalating the raised complaint and repeatedly calling to customer center also it took 5 days for me to resolve that issue.
It was not a big technical issue and moreover reaching out to there technical team was a big hectic for me. There technical support will work only till night 9 o’clock in big cities like Bangalore people reach home by 9 and if they need any technical help from them then you have to wait till your weekends, docomo will not help on this.
And if you raise any complaints with Docomo no one actually calls to resolve the issue but many many people will call you to ask confirmation on that issue got resolved or not? No care in Docomo to resolve customer issue, they just call you many time and irritate you by asking it got resolved or not, if you say no they will say someone from technical department will call you but that technical team never exists I guess.
Overall I had really a worst experience will tata docomo and I feel its a complete waste of money. Please dont go for this connection.
