Really unprofessional and non customer centric behavior.
I have raised a query to Tata on 15th Dec to convert my post paid A/c 9235304071 to pre pay A/c. I have also provide the Capex no. to your customer service executive and she told me your no. will be converted in 4-5 days and and you only need to pay last bill.
I already paid the bill of Rs.723, Today Im surprised to saw the bill. Sorry to say there is no information regarding non- migration of my no. Im not going to pay this bill. Resolve the issue from your end only.
