I took the data card a couple of months back. I had no network coverage in my area. When I spoke to the customer care they asked me to take the refund, and my head ache started. No body knows where to take the refund from. And the worst part is that the customer service executives will call you every day asking you why did you ask for cancellation. At last, I found a Tata Docomo guy who said will give me my refund, I gave my dongle to him and then he disappeared, I cant reach that guy now.
Please don’t take this product. it is the worst of all the data card. Now I am using Airtel and now I am getting 4G speed at the same cost.
